Develop Chatbots with Watson Assistant, Part 1: Use Cases and Design

This is the first of the 5 workshops about building virtual agents (chatbots) with the IBM Watson Assistant (WA). In this session, you will find out use cases for different industries and see associated case studies. You will learn why it's essential to take time to design your solution properly, i.e. define the right positioning, viewpoint, proactivity and tone to provide the best experiences to your target users. You will finish with an overview of the implementation cycle of WA, followed by demonstrations.

Date: September 7 from 9:00 to 12:00 Central European Time

Description

With the IBM Watson Assistant (WA), you can create an enhanced virtual agent and chatbots that understand natural-language input and communicate with your users simulating a real human conversation flow. WA allows you to quickly build, test and deploy a "chatbot", conversational solution across any channel. We invite you to get up-close and personal with WA. If you are looking to add cognitive capabilities to create smart user experiences, come and participate to this series of 5 short sessions.
